The BURGER KING™ Leadership Development Program is an accelerated leadership development program designed for top-performing with high levels of ambition and openness to facing whatever challenges are thrown their way. The Corporate program is viewed by our executive team as the most critical pipeline for creating BKC’s future leaders, as they are personally invested in their employees and strive to acquire great people and provide them the tools to reach their full potential.

Position Responsibilities:
LDPs will have the opportunity to be immersed in multiple areas of the business and also become part of an iconic global brand. LDPs work on multiple projects that challenge analytical and critical thinking skills, and the day-to-day experience will have the invigorating, entrepreneurial energy of a growing start-up. Through the Corporate program, you will first gain an intimate, hands-on experience of the challenges and opportunities that face BKC through in-restaurant training. Next, you will return to our global corporate headquarters, where you will spend approximately three months in different departmental rotations. Along the way, you will receive training, mentoring, coaching, and feedback from senior leadership and other members of the BKC community. The program is a unique opportunity for high potential recent graduates to have a large exposure to our business and the leaders within at such an early stage in their careers.
