    CURRENT SCHOLARSHIP FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Short Term Scholarships: are donations/sponsorships provided by organisations in the industries.
Eligibility
  • Current undergraduates who have performed well academically and in other areas or incoming students with outstanding academic results are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
  • Eligible freshmen can submit their online application only two days after they have matriculated online.
Benefits of award
  • The value of each scholarship ranges from $2,000 to $15,000 and is tenable only for the academic year awarded. The eligibility and terms of the scholarships may vary from year to year.
  • The scholarship recipient may not, without the approval of the University, hold any other scholarships, bursaries or awards concurrently (unless otherwise stated in the Terms). 
  • Students participating in URECA and receiving a stipend will not be eligible for a scholarship/bursary/award.

Application Procedures 
Applications are submitted online through StudentLink.

The Short Term Scholarships application for AY14-15 will be from 1 July to 31 July 2014.
Freshmen can apply for Short Term Scholarships two days after you have matriculated online (online matriculation: 30 July 2014 to 1 August 2014) till 4 August 2014.
Please note that only students on subsidised tuition fees are eligible to apply for Short Term Scholarships.

The selection of candidates for scholarships will be done by a Selection Committee. The Selection Committee shall consider the candidates’ academic records, their records of co-curricular activities and other criteria as specified by the donor of the scholarship.
We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview
